Refer a friend to Myphysio!
As a thank you for choosing us, you will receive a $25 OFF gift voucher that you can use with a friend or family member.
When someone you refer to us attends our practice, please ask them to advise our reception staff who referred them and that they would like to use the voucher that you have provided. Your friend will then get a $25 discount off their Initial Physio Appointment and you will receive a $25 discount off your next Initial or Standard Physio Appointment (Note: Multiple vouchers cannot be used simultaneously in one appointment).
*Please note that the referred patient must redeem their voucher before your referral voucher becomes valid.
- These terms & conditions apply to this Referral Voucher. By participating, voucher bearers agree to be bound by these conditions. Claims must comply with these conditions to be valid.
- The promotion commences at 12:00am on 16 July 2021 and shall remain available unless Myphysio amends, withdraws, cancels or suspends the promotion at any time.
- This voucher is only valid for Physiotherapy services.
- Only ONE voucher can be used in one appointment. Referrer can refer as many new patients as possible, and is entitled to receiving an equal number of vouchers equivalent to the number of referrals. Multiple vouchers cannot be accumulated for use in one transaction.
- Referred patient must redeem their voucher before this Referral Voucher becomes valid.
- Referrer is entitled to a maximum of $25 off the total amount of a future Physio appointment of their choice (either Initial or Standard Physio Appointment only). Any unused value will not be credited into their account.
- This voucher cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion unless otherwise stated.
- Myphysio Health Clinics may, at its sole discretion and at any time, amend, withdraw, cancel, suspend all or any part of this promotion. Voucher bearer will not be entitled to any additional compensation in the event that the promotion has ended with no prior notice.
Birthday voucher | For existing members only
You will receive a “Happy Birthday” discount voucher via email from Myphysio on your Birthday! (For existing members only. Valid for the following 30 days).
Here’s what you need to do:
- Call us, email back or click here to book a time (select “Birthday Deal” when booking online)
- Quote the date of your birthday and show us the Happy Birthday email
- Enjoy our birthday gift!
