Carol completed a Bachelor of Health Science and a Masters of Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney. She holds a strong philosophy towards empowering individuals through education and exercise to help achieve optimal lifelong physical health.
She uses an extensive skill set of manual therapy techniques, dry needling, myofascial releases and exercise prescription to effectively tailor a program and provide a holistic approach to achieve client goals.
Her experience stems from working in several musculoskeletal private practice clinics, with a keen interest in neck and lower back spinal injuries, orthopaedic rehabilitation and women’s health.
Carol enjoys travelling to new countries and venturing to try different cafes and restaurants locally and abroad. With her love for outdoor activities, you will often find her at the beach, hiking or playing basketball.
