In order for our clinics to provide on the spot health fund claiming through our HICAPS terminal, please bring your health fund card with you at the time of your appointment.
The amount reimbursed from your health fund depends upon your level of cover. Some health funds will allow us to do an on the spot quotation using our HICAPS terminal, but unfortunately we won’t be able to advise you on how much fundings you have left for the year. Please contact your health fund provider prior to the appointment if you require more details.
You may then pay the remaining gap by EFTPOS, credit card or cash payment.
