CTP Insurance

Guiding you through a difficult time

Compulsory Third Party (CTP) insurance or otherwise known as a Green Slip in NSW, provides compensation for people who are injured or killed in a motor vehicle accident. CTP insurance is compulsory in Australia and you are not able to register your vehicle without having this policy in place.

How does CTP insurance claim work?

In order for Myphysio to invoice your insurance company directly you will need to have consulted your GP. They will provide you with a medical certificate and referral letter to attend physiotherapy.

After consulting your doctor, you can make a CTP insurance claim by contacting the CTP insurer of the driver at-fault to inform them of the claim. They will request you to complete a claim form and the CTP insurer will assess the validity of the claim and allocate a claim number upon approval.

For more information regarding CTP insurance claims, you can visit the NSW Government: State Insurance Regulatory Authority website
