Charles graduated from the University of Sydney Australia in 2003 and went on to obtain his masters in sports physiotherapy in 2008.

He worked with experienced physiotherapists, including Olympic physiotherapist in Sydney for seven years, and during this time he also provided physiotherapy support for Macquarie University Australian Rules Football teams and Hunters Hill Rugby Union teams. He made the transition to the UK in 2008, where he worked a year in a renowned private practice in the Square Mile in London.

Charles' special interest areas are in Sports injuries, Lower limb biomechanics, Spinal pain / headaches, and Orthopaedic rehabilitation. He utilises a “hands-on” manual approach, combined with functional rehabilitation to provide short and long-term relief of symptoms.

In his spare time Charles enjoys basketball, tennis, baseball and most of all spending time with his wife.

Tony was classmate with Charles at the University of Sydney and coincidentally they also become classmate at the Masters in Sport Physiotherapy course. With a desire to broaden his knowledge and techniques, Tony went on further to complete his Masters in Chiropractic Course at University of Macquarie.

He joined Myphysio Health Clinics early in 2014 and is now applying his physiotherapy knowledge and chiropractic techniques to help his clients to a speedy recovery and maintain a healthy spine.

In his spare time Tony enjoys cooking and is more than happy to exchange recipes with you.

Philip completed his Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sports Science and went on to complete his Masters of Physiotherapy at University of Sydney.

With extensive knowledge in exercise prescription and a manual hands on approach, Philip is able to achieve great results in post operative rehabilitation and getting athletes back on their feet. Been an elite Oz Tag player, Philip understands the importance of speedy and safe recovery. 

Philip has also undergone Rock Taping courses which utilise taping techniques to facilitate injury recovery and assist in injury prevention.

In his spare time, Philip enjoys playing Oz tag and chilling with Oakley (He's white German Shepherd).

Zoey graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor degree of Physiotherapy and gained practical experience in a wide range of clinical areas including musculoskeletal, cardiorespiratory, neurological and geriatrics.

She is passionate about helping people with musculoskeletal conditions in developing their capacity to self-manage and to improve their quality of life through manual therapy and a diverse range of exercises.

Zoey has also developed a particular interest in lumbar spine, shoulder and ankle. She has recently completed three levels of Pilates course with APPI and has been applying her knowledge to prescribe core strengthening and stability exercises to patients.

Outside the clinic, Zoey enjoys swimming, running and playing piano.

Starting his tertiary education in Exercise and Sports Science at the University of Sydney, Matt moved to Orange to pursue his education in Physiotherapy at Charles Sturt University. After returning on his get-away to the country side, he found an interest with connecting to the community and developed a passion for helping people.

Matt's interest lies in shoulder, neck and back pain that restrict people participating in their work, sports, hobbies or everyday activities.

When not working, Matt enjoys swimming, hiking and playing with animals.

Chad completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) at the University of Newcastle and previously graduated with a Bachelor of Biomedicine at the University of Melbourne.

Throughout the course of study, he gained knowledge in musculoskeletal injuries, orthopedic & neurological rehabilitation, and community physiotherapy. Chad is experienced working with clients with various neurological conditions such as spinal cord injuries. He also has a good grounding in sports training and has been working as a sport trainer for local soccer and rugby league clubs.

Chad has particular interests in treating neck, knees and lower back pain. He incorporates primarily manual therapy and progressive strength training to treat musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction.

Chad plays competitive basketball at state level and enjoys swimming and overall fitness. Chad’s sporting past has given him insight and allows him to realise the importance of proper training methods and biomechanics in order to prevent sport injuries.

Amber completed her Master of Physiotherapy at University of Sydney, preceded by a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology at University of New South Wales.

During her clinical placements, Amber was exposed to musculoskeletal conditions, neurological and orthopaedic rehabilitation, and acute physiotherapy interventions. She gained invaluable experience treating musculoskeletal injuries with an emphasis on manual therapy and active approach. Amber is passionate about helping her clients to achieve their goals and return to a healthy lifestyle by co-operating physiotherapy intervention and knowledge of exercise physiology from her undergraduate degree.

Amber has particular interests in treating hand, knee, lower back, and women’s health. Believing in a holistic approach to treatment, she also focuses on functional and progressive exercise prescription, providing patient-centred and evidence-based care.

Amber is a follower of winter sports, and has not missed a single snow season. In her spare time, you will find her hiking, doing Pilates, or watching documentaries.

Tieu Binh (TB) DANG


BAppSc (Sport and Ecercise Science), Doctor of Physiotherapy, Member of APA.

Location:  Baulkham Hills

TB completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (Sport and Exercise Science) at University of Western Sydney, and then went on to complete his Doctor of Physiotherapy degree at Macquarie University. 

Since completing his degree, TB has worked at other private practices across Sydney. He also brings experience from orthopaedic and cardiorespiratory rehabilitation from his work at St Vincent’s Private Hospital and North Shore Private Hospital, which he continues to this day.

TB uses his personal experiences from his rehabilitation of his own injuries and his knowledge of biomechanics to integrate a holistic approach to physiotherapy. He offers a range of skills, including manual therapy, dry needling, myofascial release techniques, exercise prescription, and teaching clinical Pilates.

In his spare time, TB likes going to the gym to keep fit with weight training and high intensity interval training being his favourite vice.

Pooja graduated from Bachelor of Physiotherapy from MGM University of Health Sciences, India. Being Internationally Certified in Mulligan and Dry Needling, she has also obtained several certifications in Women's Health, Taping and others.

Accumulated 6+ years of international experience, Pooja has practiced as the Consultant Physiotherapist in diverse sectors, which include hospitals and health groups. She also gained local experience across all age groups from working in nursing homes and musculoskeletal clinics in Brisbane and Sydney.

Her keen interests lie in treating shoulders, neck, hands, knees and lower back pain, with a particular focus on musculoskeletal conditions and women’s health.

With the philosophy of improving the quality of life in totality, Pooja utilises a holistic approach in her patient-oriented treatments on both body and mind. She emphasises on a fully functional recovery with a range of treatment methods which includes exercise-based rehabilitation, the Mulligan technique and dry needling. Her aim is to assist patients in reaching goals set and getting back to normal daily activities as soon as possible, improving their quality of life and making a positive difference.

Josh completed his Bachelor of Chiropractic Science and went on to complete his Doctor of Physiotherapy at Macquarie University. He has previously worked at another private practice, where he gained experience at treating a variety of musculoskeletal injuries - whether from sport or everyday life.

He is passionate at helping people get back to full function using manual therapy, dry needling and exercise therapy! His particular interests are in neck pain, lower back pain and lower limb injuries.

In his spare time, he enjoys bodyweight exercise, reading, serving at church, and spending time with his wife.

Sarina has been working in the field on continence and pelvic floor physiotherapy solely for the last 15 years.

Conditions treated include incontinence (men, women and children), prolapse, post natal pelvic floor weakness and abdominal separation, chronic constipation and bowel problems, vaginismus and pelvic pain. She has lectured at courses and conferences and regularly attends conferences, to provide the most up to date and evidenced based treatments.

Eun is a Remedial Massage therapist who has been working in the medical and the community industry for over the ten years.

Eun has great passion and interest in wellbeing, movement, mobility, and pre and postnatal care. She enjoys helping her clients achieve a greater state of wellbeing by improving their mobility, circulation and reduce pain to help them feel better.

She holds a Diploma of Remedial Massage from TAFE, she is a member of ATMS, and she brings a wealth of knowledge about caring for people and the human body from her previous experience in aged care, skin cancer clinic and, working within an osteopath clinic in Sydney’s Upper North Shore.

During her treatments, Eun assesses symptoms and cause of muscle irregularity to gain a deeper understanding of regular muscle patterns and the source of referred pain, then treats the relevant areas, and adds a bit of healing energy to each massage she gives. She specialises in Swedish and Remedial massage, including deep tissue techniques, and likes to educate her clients about their body, and provide them with solutions on how to self-manage at home.

Eun is a caring, and enthusiastic person who grew up in Korea and moved to Sydney in her early 20’s. She lives locally and enjoys spending time with her five children and is active within her church community.
